§1 Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract at any time without giving any reason.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Bavaria2TM UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Rickering 7, 94577 Winzer, Germany, info@flyingupload.com, Phone: +49 1632207353) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form. If you send us a mail, please also send your license key so we can verify you.

Alternatively you can also cancel yourself through your user account.
On flyingresearch.net: Login to your account, go to the top right corner and click on the ‘gear’ icon, than select Settings. Go now to ‘Subscriptions‘. Here you have a ‘Cancel‘ button for every active subscription.

On flyingupload.com (old system): Login to your account, go to the top right corner and click on the ‘person‘ icon. Than select ‘Subscriptions‘. Here you have a ‘Cancel‘ option for every active subscription.

§2 Effects of cancellation

Because we offer a FREE version in our shop and everyone has the option to test Flying Upload or Flying Upload KDP for free, a refund after purchase is not possible.
